A soundbath or "to rest in vibrations" is a wonderful and effective way to reach a deep state of rest. This is an ancient method, common in many different cultures, that is now becoming more popular in modern big cities due to modern research within musical therapy. You are welcome to show up as you are, you don't even have to change your clothes. And let the vibrations do the work.

This Friday evening we invite you to join Paula Sjunneson and Michael Kopp for a deeply relaxing sound journey mixing the elements of crystal and metal. This harmonic soundscape will support you on an expansive journey inward that will assist in calming your nervous system, leaving you refreshed and rested. These skilled musicians will play a combination of crystal tones singing bowls, gongs and other percussive instruments.

The Voices of Ancients is Mikael Lejon's new format of sound journey where he uses elements of live looping, which implies that he layers voice and instruments to build a soundscape with multiple elements of sound at the same time. Through his deep tones, throat singing and chanting he creates a unique and powerful experience that both touches and lifts your body, soul and mind. Mikael Lejon leads you to deep relaxation, alternative consciousness and harmony through the medicine of overtone singing, chanting and instruments such as didgeridoo, hand pan, singing bowl, monochord, Gong, Indian flute, chimes, shakers, hand drum and surprise sounds.
