EVERYDAY LIFE & AYURVEDA

– A WEEKEND WORKSHOP WITH GOVIND RADHAKRISHNAN.

Ayurveda is understanding nature inside us and around us, and through that understand life better. Why are some people easily overwhelmed while others remain calm? Why are some morning people and some are night-owls? How can you balance a person who is easily aggitated or motivate the one who seems lazy? Welcome to a weekend workshop with Govind Radhakrishnan.

THE KNOWLEDGE OF LIFE

We are so happy to welcome back our friend and Ayurveda master Govind Radhakrishnan. To reach more peace, we must first understand more about our life here on earth. Its building bricks and how we all interact.

The science of Ayurveda is the Indian health system which in many ways complement the Yoga system beautifully. Through the knowledge of Ayurveda, we can understand more about ourselves and life around us. We see our job, relationships and family in a new, more understanding light when we learn more about this. And this knowledge really becomes real when we know how to balance ourselves through food, rest, activity and how we respond to other people. A truly useful workshop that will change how you view the world.

GET THE BASICS – FIRST

To prevent Govind from having to spend time to go over the basics of Ayurveda in this workshop, we will provide all participants with a simple PDF on the fundamental basics of this system. If we all read it before the workshop, we can dive deeper into the subject right away.
